Really well appointed and secure apartments right in the centre of Malaga. A perfect location minutes from the central market and main shopping area facing a quiet pedestrian area (rooms D and E on each floor). The apartment has been recently refurbished with a safe, 2 x Samsung Smart TVs, USB ports in the bedroom sockets and a Nespresso machine. We cooked most nights and the kitchen is catered for 6 as there is a sofa bed too. We really appreciated having the lovely English-speaking Theresa on hand most mornings. She is very knowledgeable and accommodating and really does make the apartment experience more personal. Several cafe/restaurants in the street below and Santa Coffee (Malaga's best) around the corner.

We were here for one night, coming from the airport and leaving by train. The location was great, short walk to the city center with all attractions but also to the train station for rides to cordoba, sevilla, madrid or other cities. The owners Mercedes and Julia are great hosts, very friendly easy to reach by what’s app. They usually respond within minutes. They did everything to accommodate us and enhance our experience. For example, they allowed us to store our luggage for free in the basement and also gave us 3.5h early access to the apartment. Moreover, they provided us with an umbrella as it rained all afternoon during our visit so we could still explore the city. In addition we got breakfast (bread, butter, jam) and coffee (nespresso). Everything in the apartment was new. Despite being in the ground floor we had good light. The bed area is in the back and was darker but had a skylight. It was a well organized apartment, building and management. They also have laundromats and driers, which was helpful for us as we needed to dry our clothes that got wet from the rain. Wifi was good. Room was clean. I would surely stay again at Picú Home if I come back to Malaga.

Apartment is very nice, just like the pictures. It has nice little balcony, spacious shower, everything you need in the kitchen. It has air conditioner. Bed is comfortable. Enough space for two people and even one kid on the sofa. Great check in method where you take and leave the key without meeting anyone!! The best!! There are many parking spots just around the building. ATTENTION: If you park the car and someone blocks you with their car, you have to push their car back or front to set yours free! Very funny, we were scared for a second, good thing there were some neighbors there to tell us!

It’s a short walk to all the things in Malaga, but substantially less expensive than apartments directly in the tourist center. The apartment isn’t as fancy as others I’ve stayed in, but it’s half the price. So for the money it’s very good. Has a great shower.

The kitchen had everything we needed for self-catering and there are many nice restaurants by the beach. Instructions for getting in were thorough and clear.
