Built in 1973, the iconic The Taj Mahal Tower Mumbai stands majestically across from the Gateway of India, overlooking the Arabian Sea. The location and the history of the iconic property is obviously amazing. The internal design, architecture and aura in the Palace building is very beautiful. The service by staff was outstanding and I think this was the real highlight of our stay - right from the time of checkin to checkout. I would like to make a special mention of the Housekeeping manager- Mr. Sandeep Ghuge, who made some special arrangements in our room for myself and my wife (who is a foreigner visiting Mumbai for the first time) , because we were at the Taj to celebrate our anniversary. All in all , a memorable experience. The food in the restaurant (Masala Bay) as well as at the complimentary breakfast was also outstanding.

The city isn't much to look at...in fact it's kinda ugly and depressing. But...it is a good jumping point to see the Ajanta and Ellora Caves...which are a must if you visit Maharashtra :-) Words cannot describe the beauty and dignity of these magnificent strucutures.

We were aware that the resort is pet friendly, but never imagined that it will pet friendly to an another level. We could enjoy with our pet in lawns, theme park, restaurants, room. There was no place where we were not allowed to take our pet. This made out get away the most unique and special. Fantastic staff and policies to have made this possible... The place has a modern green vibe that i haven't seen in many boutique hotels in the world. The rooms are spotless clean with all facilities and accessories available on request. The hotel leave a trolley of teas, Coffees, cold water & snacks on each floor for you to take at your leisure and it is available 24 hours. The hotel restaurant on the ground floor called Chirp has delicious Vegetarian foods and the breakfast spread in the morning has so many options. They have a celebratory chef who makes signature breakfast dishes. The standards at the hotel breakfast is 5 star allot on offer. The location is right in the heart of Pune in the Fergusson Road and Deccan area. All social amenities, restaurants shops etc are within and the metro as well within walking distance 10 mins. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. I forgot my ear phones on the bed and they contacted me and sent a picture before i even realised i had left them.. The front office staff Mr. Ankush at the reception coordinated with the Uber driver and they sent them to me at the Pune Airport before i boarded my flight to Goa. My family we extremely happy with their stay at the hotel.
