One of the best hotels we've stayed, definitely would come here again. Everything was amazing - from the organised transfer to check-in. We were greeted with a smile as well as every single of our requests or questions was answered with a smile. The hotel is not big, so it's not overcrowded with a nice beach connected to it. The sun beds are extremely comfortable, the beach is clean and the beach bar is also nice with many options to grab a snack or a drink. The room was exceptionally clean (they also give you free bottles of water every day, which is a nice touch). We had a private pool connected to our room, which was also cleaned every day. The food is amazing. Every night they had different cuisines, so it was nearly impossible to try everything at once, but nevertheless, delicious. We would definitely come back again, it was wonderful staying there. :)

Bonic apartament al centre de Rethymnon, es pot aparcar a davant de l'apartament gratuïtament. Està molt ben equipat i decorat amb molt bon gust. És molt cèntric, de seguida ets als punts més interessants de la ciutat. Els propietaris van ser encantadors! Ens van recomanar moltíssims llocs i ens van regalar alguns detallets. Clarament, sense ells ens haguéssim perdut alguna de les parts més interessants de Creta. Fan falta més amfitrions com ells!!!

We felt very comfortable in our room and how the hotel was managed. Food and snacks were always available and it felt like a real holiday. It is by far the best resort I have ever visited. The employees are providing a fantastic service from the cleaning staff that keeps the resort spotless, to the lifeguards that keep the water park safe for all the customers and the front desk staff delivered great service throughout our stay The Stella resort’s Facilities are exceptional. And It’s location is great (by the beach and about 25 min from the airport). The water park is very fun, there are slides for all age groups and enough to keep the family entertained several days. Last but not least, the food provided is very good. The staff offers new options on a daily basis from grilled fresh fish to traditional Cretan dishes. We always found something great to eat and never felt bored. And we had a wonderful time at their new restaurant the Almyra (à la carte) with a great service and great selection of wines. All in all, our family had a fantastic vacation at the Stella Palace.
