The house is peaceful and spacious. It is newly renovated and nicely decorated. McDonald's is just next to the location. Motorway junction and MAN City is nearby and city center is not far from it. There are complimentary tea facilities, coffee machine, linen and towels along with kitchen and bathroom essentials. The host is understanding and communicates promptly. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay.

Situated in Manchester, the recently renovated The Gold provides accommodation 5.8 km from Heaton Park and 6.3 km from Clayton Hall Museum. This holiday home features free private parking, full-day security and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 6.5 km from Greater Manchester Police Museum.

An extremely friendly host, I had the pleasure of meeting the whole family as I turned up early and they were just finishing getting THE GOLD ready for our stay. There is a well kept and maintained garden and drive. The Gold was clean, tidy and welcoming. it is a lovely home, wooden floors throughout the lower floor. It has a large family dining room at the front of the house, a downstairs toilet and wash basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer and all other mod cons. The living room has a very large corner sofa with reclining seats. There is a flat screen TV in the corner of the room. The WiFi is great with speeds uploading and down loading. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms, two double and 1 single . The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom and toilet are separate both clean and tidy. The hosts are fairly new to Rental and I wish them well for the future and Good luck to their son in his future career. Will stay again next time we are in the local area..
