Close to Bart and easy to move around. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Close to downtown. Even though I thought area was not going to be the safest it turned out to be quite easy to walk around. The Hotel was clean and the lady would often come to offer towels and cleaning the room.

The dining rooms were filled with period antiques and vintage photos of San Francisco, Yosemite etc. Breakfast was wonderful--lots of fresh fruit options.

Friendly staff, very clean. Street itself a bit smelly and dodgy but in a very convenient location for getting around the city in bustling restaurant area. Great value for a private room!
