All rooms have superb views of Madrid as well as free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. the hotel is amazing we had a great weekend the service is great in the hotel I recommend it a special thank for miss ( firreal) she was working on reception service she is the best, she treated us very well we felt like in our country thanks a lot firreal.

The host did not answer the calls on the phone and ignored my messages, it was hard to find and after several phone calls and two hours waiting for him he finally showed up. Really frustrating
