The staff was amazing, every need I had was met and every request I had was handled quickly (even things that were not included in my reservation). I can´t even express how happy I am with my stay or how great the staff was, all I can say is 10/10

The staff was absolutely excellent! Really friendly and always available (Iliana, the cuban cleaning lady, is a wonderful person! She made our mornings everyday! Great energy). The place was really clean, spotless. Finally, I must say that the location is perfect as it is in the main center of Madrid.

Ideally located in the heart of Madrid, NH Collection Madrid Gran Vía provides buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property, only 400 metres from Puerta del Sol. Great location,metro and bus just few steps downstairs.Professional and friendly staff,from desk and room service. Breakfast is great.Clean room and comfortable bed,especially I had a room with balcony for Gran Via view, fantastic! We will come back again 100 percent if we have a chance to go to Madrid a third time.

Only YOU Boutique Hotel Madrid adalah hotel butik bintang 4 yang terletak di sebuah istana yang telah dipulihkan dari abad ke-19. The room, the bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was varied with many options suitable for any diet. Very nice people at the reception and very helpful. We also received a bottle of champagne on the New Year’s Eve.

Terletak di Gran Via Madrid, di sebelah Stasiun Metro Callao dan hanya 500 meter dari Puerta del Sol, Hotel Atlántico menawarkan kamar ber-AC dengan WiFi gratis. breakfast was delicious, the staff was amazingly friendly and smiley- especially Antoine ! Beds were comfortable especially the pillows, although the room was a bit small - everything was just right. bathroom was extremely clean and shower head had a good stream. Windows are double layered so you can hear nothing from the main street. Prime location for people who like to be in the center' like me :) All in all - better than expected and highly recommended!

Situated in Madrid’s Lavapiés district, this art hotel offers functional rooms with free Wi-Fi and private bathrooms. It has a 24-hour reception desk and is 10 minutes’ walk from Atocha Metro Station.... Everything was great from check in! Roberto was very kind and gave us very detailed instructions for places to visit. He even offered complimentary breakfast which was very very kind. There was a bottle of wine in the room which was a great gesture. The room was super clean and very spacious. Location is great to be in a local neughborhood but to be in walking or public transportation distance to touristic areas. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Madrid.
