One of the most beautifully designed holiday cottages I have stayed in! Absolutely stunning and so well equipped, with loads of little luxuries. We were able to easily cook meals in the kitchen as it had everything we needed and more. We were lucky with the weather so we're able to enjoy the outside space which is a sun trap and feels very private.

A lovely old inn in a small, remote village. Friendly staff, good food. We had a very relaxed overnight stay and would come back if we're in the area again.

A cute little country town with a few shops and pubs, and good access to other parts of the Cotswolds. There's a fantastic playground in Chipping Norton which I would highly recommend, and a free car park with ample spaces and toilets (20p to use)

Check out the yarn shop - a fantastic spot for knitters.
Take time to wander round the town and have a look at the almshouses to see what social housing used to look like.

I’ve travelled to Chipping Norton for work over the years it’s a place I’ve always enjoyed travelling to, I took my partner for a rare night away. She agreed it’s a beautiful place even the new builds blend into the scenery and there are so many different places to go off and see

The Bothy Cottage we stayed in was beautifully furnished with a perfect mix of luxury and functionality! Michael was a fantastic host who couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. We stopped for 3 nights over Xmas and he went above and beyond leaving us a surprise welcome box of treats which were delicious and very much appreciated. We loved the local village, stunning walks in the countryside all on the door step of the cottage. I'll definitely be booking again to stay again next year!
The room we had was nice and comfortable, staff were as helpful and accommodating as could be expected but all was let down by the terrible/non-existent parking provision. We were on holiday and would have liked to have a local breakfast at our leisure but had to get up early and leave by 8:30 otherwise the street parking would have incurred us a fine! Worst experience on 2-week road trip though England and Wales. Hotel is ok if you travel by public transport.
The Kings Arms was great! A bit of character, comfy room, great service from the landlady, Bridget.
If you’re into bonkers luxury or you’re a fuss-pot it is probably not for you, but we wanted somewhere well-positioned (tick), clean and comfortable enough (tick), friendly (big tick) and ‘real’ (also big tick). The price was spot-on for what it was. Very happy to have chosen it.
Location was brilliant, the hotel is dog friendly so was perfect for us. As we arrived there was two gins and two little Easter eggs in our room, little touches that give the hotel a nice feel. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel itself is very clean. Thanks to Imran ! We would definitely chose this hotel again when we come to Chipping Norton !
Lovely setting overlooking the practice green and had everything a hotel room normally has. The fan was a godsend as the room was very warm. Apart from the sliding door, there was no ventilation. A short walk into Chipping Norton. The bar area furniture is looking very worn, tatty and dirty. A nice spot if your interest is golf.
Excellent location close to Chipping Norton High Street (but very quiet) with great selection of pubs and eateries, great secure parking, brilliant shower, very clean and within circa 30min drive of lots of places - Bourton on the water, Stow on the Wold, Bicester, Oxford, Diddly Squat and lots of Cotswold villages
We rarely stay in a pub with rooms - usually a hotel - but this might have to change if the standards are as good as the Fox. Comfy bed, complimentary brandy and beer, great breakfast, friendly and funny staff, a lovely bar - where do I stop? This place is fantastic.
The cottage was lovely and well equipped. There was a fantastic, informative brochure with places to visit etc. Netflix is a nice touch. Beautiful location and only a 15 minute walk to Chipping Norton. Katie was lovely and very helpful. Will definitely visit again!
Cherry Tree Cottage was easy to get to, cute in appearance, very comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. It was very clean, spacious and with great communication from the host.
I love the attention to detail Jenny put into this beautiful little space. The toilet wash immaculately clean, amenities were wonderful, and the apartment warm and inviting.
Large, comfortable room overlooking the main square in Chipping Norton. Hotel parking available. Very friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast both of a good quality.
