The warm welcome on arrival - tea and cake was a lovely touch! The room was spotless, and so very quiet. Best nights sleep I've had in a very long time!
Eco and locally sourced products in the bathroom was a wonderful addition. I saw an "honesty bar" in the main room, but as I'm tee-total, I didn't use it. But a great addition none the less.
Superb breakfast too! Not just a full English but a full menu of locally sourced food to kick start your day!

Rooms 2: size was great although our kids would have preferred the bunk bed option instead of the fold out beds which were ok for one night but not longer. Our main king bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a great size for a family. Nice to have an indoor and outdoor pool option.

Brockenhurst was a great location for us as we were visiting Beaulieu motor museum. We wished we had stayed for longer as we would have had time to explore more like some of the beautiful walks. On our way to the motor museum we drove through the national park the scenery was lovely. We had evening meal at The Filly Inn the food was excellent.

Can get very busy and crowded during peak holiday periods. Best times to enjoy the New Forest are probably early Spring or Autumn. Parking a car or larger vehicle can be very frustrating at peak times and electric charge points are very limited in public access areas.

Brockenhurst is only a small forest village but it has lots of fantastic pubs and even a hotel.with a spa. It's central for visiting the new forest and the train station makes a day trip to Bournemouth car free!
Lots of walking on the doorstep, period houses, ponies and donkeys walking about and a great bakery for picnics .

The snakecatcher was a great place to eat along with the local curry house.
There was plenty of places to get your food shop done and the people of Brokenhurst are so friendly.
Where else can you go shopping and bump into donkeys!

House was in perfect position just by local shop.
House was in perfect position just by local shop. Very clean and had everything we needed. Wasn’t sure how washing machine worked but as stay was short wasn’t used. Perhaps instructions would help. But thanks to host it was all perfect. Would recommend
Great service, gin bar, and food. Very stylish and clean bathroom and room. Perfect to pop out for nearby meals and pubs and walks. Quirky and quaint style in the rooms, comfortable sitting areas, and spotless throughout. Delicious breakfast. The Malfi gin and the range of gins were stupendous. Lovely garden area for al fresco dining. Perfect place to explore the New Forest and some great restaurants in Brockenhurst.
Tracy our host has been very helpful and welcoming. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, lovely to have tea, milk and biscuits ready in our room with a fridge to keep things. Plenty to do in New Forest area, we enjoyed local walks, the circular bus through the forest to the coast. Wide choice of places to eat and drink nearby in Brockenhurst.
Attractive pub in central Brockenhurst so ideal location for exploring the New Forest. The rooms were what appeared to be old stables (I could be completely wrong here), surrounding a courtyard garden. Comfortable and clean with good facilities. The breakfast room, bar and spacious pub garden were a couple of minutes walk from the rooms.
We loved the location of the hotel. It is right in the heart of the New Forrest. Great for walks. And close to Brockenhurst village centre. All the staff are exceptional, friendly and most helpful. The Cloud hotel is also dog friendly. This was our second visit to the hotel, we will definitely be booking again in the future.
We spent our Honeymoon at Rhinefield House Hotel and it was amazing. During our stay we had a lovely Elemis couples massage, afternoon tea and use of the spa. We enjoyed opening our wedding cards to views of the koi pond. The lovely touches of the badger on the bed were cute. Thank you yes, would recommend! It was lovely!
Excellent location in the centre of Brockenhurst near all shops and restaurants.
The property is very clean and well equipped with all necessary items.
Flat 1 has use of a garage for a small car which if you have a small car is very useful.
A home from home in every sense. Communication with hosts excellent.
Location is perfect for those wanting to explore the new forest. You're a stones throw from Brockenhurst (lots of great pubs and eateries) and short drives to Lyndhurst, Lymington etc.
House was a perfect size for the 4 of us - good amenities to cook our own dinner!
we were impressed with the friendlyness of the staff, quality of the food, and the ambeance of the hotel,
pleasantly suprised with the heated outside pool, also very suprised that with all fhis, it was not classed
as FIVE STAR.
Breakfast was excellent. Great buffet selection. Well organised and the toasters actually worked!
The hotel is an old vicarage, and its design is possibly a little old-fashioned, but we found it charming.
Lovely room in the heart of the New Forest just steps away from the Brockenhurst train station. I stayed here twice. Tracy, my host even gave me a deal on my second stay. I will absolutely stay again.
Apartments are spacious clean and comfortable. The location is absolutely stunning right in the New Forest. Staff friendly and amazingly accommodating of our large wedding party.
Great Location in the new forest, excellent facilities and very high standard of accommodation and service. Happily recommend. Room décor and bathroom were lovely.
Lovely hotel in lovely surroundings right in the heart of the New Forest. Great base for exploring the area. Fabulous garden which we visited in the summer.
