When we arrived we had booked the room without view. There personel working there new that, and they checked the avalability of the rooms with views, and no one had booked it for the comming days. Triana went above and beyond during our stay with recommending restaurants, booking taxis and hiring scooters, organising massages and providing room service. The location was perfect as you’re a bit out of Ubud and truely in the rice fields and jungle it’s very peaceful, still very quick and easy to get into Ubud via taxi or scooter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was very hard to leave!
