The breakfast menu has an extensive selection of European, Indian, Japanese, and Indonesian cuisine. The personnel is so friendly and always helpful. The secret pool is marvelous - you can hide from the sun in the shade of trees and enjoy swimming in a quiet area. Everything is new, fresh, and spotless. This hotel is worth its money for 100%!

RIMBA by AYANA Bali is a 5-star accommodation with 12 outdoor pools, gym and 19 dining options. I am very impressed with all Ayana staff as they would ALWAYS put up a welcoming smile and very patience with all our requests. I was feeling very sick when I first check-in alone myself without my big group of colleagues. I was all so lost as Ayana was very huge. I informed frontdesk that I was feeling very unwell and requested them to bring me to the right lobby to retrieve my luggage and back to my room. It was my ever first hotel check-in experience in an foreign country without any family/friends with me. But their warm assistance made me felt at ease without any issue. After 2 nights stay, I was checking out the hotel and the front desk recognized me and asked if I am feeling better! I immediately felt so warm hearted as I was so sick that I could not recognize anyone that assisted me the other night when I was checking in the hotel. Will definitely be back to Rimba by Ayana again when I visit Bali ! Thank you Rimba by Ayana. :)
