A very nice and interesting house. Access to fine outdoor area. We were invited to a drink when we arrived. In the middle of the night we were served coffee, bread and exquisite banana cake before making our way to the airport.

The structure of the hotel and its atmosphere are a resort. The hotel name-wise, we did expect a reasonable stay near the airport before picking up a car. But we wanted to stay longer at better room enjoying this atmosphere.

Dennis was amazing!!!! We were only there for one night before heading out and wish I could have stayed longer. Facilities were great, Dennis is amazing and our room was very impressive. He takes pride in everything that he does, we had a 6:00 am flight so couldn't get breakfast, so at 3:45 he had fresh fruit and OJ delivered for us. Dennis, you are awesome and any time I come to San Jose, I'll stay at you resort!!!!!

I loved this place so much, I returned 3 times and on each occasion extended my stay. It is a place you can feel safe and content in the capital city. It is clean, comfortable and feels like living in luxury. Every staff member I met were also so nice and helpful. Great place.
