The rooms very comfortable, beautiful large bathrooms and well appointed in general! Ayu and her staff provide excellent, genuinely welcoming service! The attached restaurant Warung Memeri is EXCEPTIONAL!!! You don’t have to go far to enjoy truly exquisite local cuisine!! They serve the included breakfasts so you know meals will not disappoint and they are open for lunch. Super friendly service!! Please be kind, “global travel ambassadors” and tip generously. You won’t find better service!!

Muy bonito, muy buen estilo y muy buen espacio. El personal es muy amable y muy detallista, nos recibieron con una bebida de bienvenida, agua y toallas frescas, y durante la estancia nos dejaron un pequeño poste en la habitación, además de agua. El desayuno muy delicioso y muy buenas porciones. Te prestan bicicletas y es muy recomendable utilizarlas.

The staff was really kind and helpful. The Regency Club access is a must have. With it you can enjoy the cocktail hours which is way beyond your imagination (drinks and foods). The bbq restaurant was also exeptional. We were 3 different city in Bali (Ubud, Gili and Sanur). Be prepared that this Hotel (and Sanur Beach itself) is similar to western, european trends, not traditional style. It is not a good or bad thing, just a fact. It is your choice which do you prefer.

This hotel I think has been doing refurbishment, so almost everything seems very new. I love the rooms, clean and fresh, the bathroom is very clean and new, this hotel is huge and a lot of walking which is good for us but we can choose to request for Buggy . I love the landscape , the beach is just in front of the hotel. Food is very good in all their restaurants. The pool is huge overlooking at the sea , beautiful view.
