Hotel in Middletown
The Sea Breeze Inn is located in Middletown, 2.1 mi from Whitehall Museum House. Free private parking is available on site. Easton's Beach is 2116 feet from the property and Newport is 2.4 mi away. What did we like? We loved, loved, loved the location! The Sea Breeze Inn is close enough to downtown Newport's shops and eats to get there conveniently, and yet it is far enough away from all that traffic and congestion so you can relax and enjoy some solitude. We also liked the fact that the windows in our room actually worked as windows are supposed to, letting in those great ocean breezes, and letting us breathe fresh air. We also liked the cooked to order breakfasts each morning.

Providence, Newport, and Warwick are popular with other travelers visiting Rhode Island.
Coventry is centralized to what ever activity you are doing for the most part in Rhode Island without the Providence or Warwick prices. So a little 15 minute down the road hotel vs having to drive and stay in the cities was well worth it.
Stayed in South Kingstown on A trip to visit University of Rhode Island with my daughter. Really not too much to see in south Kingstown. Point Judith very close to take ferry to Block Island. Also close to Naragansett and the beaches. The Wal-Mart wasn't that great but had what we needed. A lot of the food establishments were closed or closed early. Also found out that people don't drive that well in this town almost got into numerous accidents because people don't drive well.
Warwick has a large population but not a particularly alluring downtown. However, it was a good place to stay because there is very easy access to Providence via the highway. Warwick is a great pit stop for someone who is traveling through Rhode Island and wants to be able to make day or night trips to Providence while avoiding the high costs of lodging in the city. Staying in Warwick makes it easy to see the southern coastal towns or Newport and other places on the islands all within a leisurely day trip. New Haven, Hartford, and Boston are all also within an easy drive from this location.
Warwick to me is in a very good position in Rhode Island! Being very close to the Highway (I-95) is a big plus! Also, finding Walt's Roast Beef really made my stay enjoyable! By far,the best sandwiches that I've had since I've been coming to Rhode Island, which has been over 25 years!
There are plenty of restaurants where you can easily travel to or even have delivery right to your door! My friend and I went to go to the beach, which was really nice with such a beautiful view. Legal Seafood was great! For adults who like seafood and good alcohol, I would recommend it but it is pricey (especially for the lobster). However the wait staff was so nice and friendly! The Olive Garden that is 15 minutes away from the hotel was okay. I love Olive garden but the pasta I got was dry and barely had cheese on it. Getting Around Warwick was easy (and I say this as a person who isn't even from Rhode Island). I'm from Vermont where I am used to only two lanes of traffic and I was surprised I was able to get around so easily. I would recommend getting a GPS though. I wish I could have seen what tourists could do around Warwick but I didn't have the pleasure to stay.
Newport Rhode Island is a beautiful city I was there working for two weeks for the Newport folk Festival and Newport Jazz Festival both festivals amazing you must come I was a craft person everybody was friendly and supportive
Good food around. Close to Rhode Islands only natural history museum, which was way worth the 2$. Also not far from H.P. Lovecraft's grave, which we visited in the most beautiful cemetery I have ever seen.
In October the main thing to do in the Middletown and Newport area was to look at mansions. Personally I liked the Bar Harbor area of Maine better than the Newport area of Rhode Island.
Love this area in southern Rhode Island, great beaches and good food. After many years I still enjoy watching the Ferry coming into the Harbor at Galilee. Plenty of shore line to walk.
Providence remains a very under-rated and under-stated destination. It’s a hip, cosmopolitan, and unpretentious small city with gorgeous architecture that is compact and accessible—easily walkable or with inexpensive cabs or car service—offering visitors a wide range of affordable activities, from excellent dining (be sure to try Al Forno, a nationally-rated Italian eatery that’s among the best in the region) to great shopping and thriving nightlife (there are at least six LGBT hotspots in the downtown area alone, not to mention the dozens of other bars and nightclubs catering to every sensibility). It is a welcoming and diverse city with a slightly higher tolerance for naughtiness than many other New England locales, which gives it a fun edge, while still offering visitors a wealth of colonial history that makes New England special. With several highly regarded colleges and universities (including Brown University and the Rhode Island School of Design), there’s a strong youth and arts influence that keeps Providence from becoming boring or predictable.

All an peace and quiet I'm in the hunt for new place in Providence Rhode Island so my son and I can come back to live we only have till June,30 in mass need apartment fast if u know please let us know shaabanpatricia38@gmail.com thank you so much and definitely stay again soon..
The location is conveniently located near the airport and rental car return. Staff are always so helpful and friendly. This is my go to hotel when in Rhode Island. Would recommend for business travel. The Iron Works Restaurant is connected to the hotel as well!!
My Mom and I liked how it was easy access to the highway so that we can visit more of Rhode Island. It was fun how we got to see historic monuments and parks that were near our hotel. The rooms were very clean, and accessible from the 2nd floor!
Staff James and Grace are fantastic and I always tip very kind house keepers. Girlfriend says only hotel in Rhode island with decent coffee (bolt coffee 💯) Beds are so comfortable, decor Ash NY and location perfecto!!
The location was amazing. It was my first time visiting Rhode Island and the hotel was close to every place I visited.
Roomy and comfortable rooms, updated facility, close proximity to Newport and most Rhode Island’s attractions.
It was the lowest price I could find in the Woonsocket Rhode Island area for a hotel room.
Excellent location in the hear of Newport.
I’m not sure why this place has such a low rating, but that would be our second stay - and we love it! Great industrial design instead of old-fashioned chain hotels, great location with a lot of food and shopping options - a little too far from the beaches we like though. Great value!
location Friendly staff who did an exceptional job of accommodating us when the ferry service was interrupted for days because of inclement weather
Fantastic walker friendly location near the cliff walk, from here you can walk to the vanderbilts mansion via the cliff walk gorgeous views, most rooms have sea view from one side and others view of large sea pond from the other side, easy to park, right by the main beaches of newport, can leave car at hotel and enjoy the beach, great even for winter days as one can walk by the cliff and beach,
The Chandler was exceptional in every aspect. The staff was welcoming and made us feel important. We were treated like royalty. The room, services and meals were outstanding. We couldn't be happier with our stay.
Perfect location! Probably the most beautiful view I’ve ever had from a hotel room, backed right up to a beautiful lawn right on the harbor.
Very clean & recently refurbished.
It was my milestone birthday celebration. I always wanted to stay here a night and enjoy dining room tasting menu. The staff were all so great, friendly and helpful. Never been during winter season but so calm & private compare to summer time which was nice. Room was so elegant and clean. They have downtime service. We had an aperitif at the bar downstairs then had dinner at dining room. Very interesting & fine wine paring experience. Food was just so “right” and enjoy little chat with our waiter who is very knowledgeable. Over all we had such a wonderful time. Any special occasion to celebrate, this is the place to be.
The rooms were in great locations. The restricted beach view room was right around the corner from a walkway to the beach so very convenient and the pool side room was at the end of a walkway close to our first room. We really did have the best of both worlds.
The staff was great. Very clean and comfortable.
Cleanest place we've stayed at in quite a while with a VERY comfortable king size bed. ALL of the staff were great in every way. They even provided me with a parking area for my larger pickup, out of the way of other people yet still safe. We'll go there again, no problem.
Close to university. Quiet spacious room
