Located in Mamaia Nord and with Mamaia Beach reachable within 100 metres, Hotel Excelsior Mamaia Nord provides concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi throughout the property... Hotel staff were brilliant. The room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was ok felt that the hit foods could have been a little hotter. Only downside of this place is that the walls are pretty thin and you could here everything that the next door occupants were doing say no more.Bit of soundproofing wouldn't go amiss.

Aqvatonic Hotel – Steaua de Mare is located on the beachfront of the resort and includes a spa and treatment centre with a labyrinth swimming pool and a generous array of therapies. We choose Steaua de Mare for a longer week-end and being used with high quality service in Greece or Bulgaria we came here with very low expectations, however we were very pleasantly surprised by what the hotel and the staff had the offer. We particularly loved the beach, the bed suns reservation system and how clean staff tried to keep it. We appreciated the efforts in the restaurant and very attentive staff, the food was above all expectations for a buffet especially the sea food bar on Sunday evening.

Hotel Ges offers rooms with sea view and it's located only 50 metres from the beach, and 650 metres from Aqua Magic Park. Free WiFi is available in the entire property. Me and my partner and our little baby boy returned to Hotel Ges after our amazing experience with the hotel earlier in the year. And guess what? The experience was as amazing as the last time as the food was absolutely delicious and fresh, the hotel is clean at all times and the stuff is always very thoughtful and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place.

Offering free access to the spa area and the indoor pool, New Splendid Hotel & Spa - Adults Only (+16) is situated in Mamaia Resort, just 200 metres from the beach. We liked basically everything in that hotel. The private jacuzzi tub in the room is really great, the spa is great, the service is great. Very comfortable, big bed. Always nice and friendly staff.

Everything in general. Amazing staff that acts naturally and always tryng to help. Good rooms and cleanness. Food is amazing too. I reccomend :)

The newly renovated Splendid Conference & Spa Hotel is located in the northern area of the Mamaia resort on the Romanian Black Sea Riviera, 200 metres from the beach. Very nice, clean, large bedroom. Very good and tasty breakfast, something for every taste. Being able to start the day with a spa and pool is great.

Constanța historically known as Tomis, is the oldest continuously inhabited city in Romania. It was founded around 600 BC. The city is located in the Dobruja region of Romania, on the Black Sea coast. It is the capital of Constanța County and the largest city in the region.

The Art Museum "Lucian Grigorescu"
The Art Museum "Lucian Grigorescu" It was opened in 1964 with exhibitions of Romanian contemporary painting, sculpture, and graphics, signed Lucian Grigorescu, Marius Bunescu, Ion Jalea and others. The permanent exhibition takes in classic and modern artworks but also works of contemporary art classics: Lucian Grigorescu, Nicolae Tonitza, Francisc Șirato, Ștefan Dumitrescu, Iosif Iser. The museum also displays a collection of ceramic artworks. In 1991 the museum was named after Lucian Grigorescu, a town native, who was deemed as the most Latin among the Romanian painters. The city honors the painter every year on 1 February, the anniversary of his birthday. The "Abdul Mejid" Mosque Built in 1860 by the Ottoman Government, the mosque is an historic and architectural monument. It was named after the sultan Abdul Mejid - who reigned between 1839 and 1861. The mosque is served by an imam and a muezzin. The building respects the traditional form of the Muslim cultural placements, decorated in the interior with oriental ornaments and inscriptions in Arabic. The "Saints Peter and Paul" Orthodox church The church was built in a Roman-Greek style and it was raised with the contribution of the local Christians on the ruins of a Roman castrum. The Serbian Heroes' Monument In 1926, Medgidia commemorated the heroism of the First Serbian Division, which fought in Dobruja during World War I as a part of the bloody Romanian theatre, by inaugurating a monument in the group's honor. The completed memorial, featuring an iconic white marble pyramid, was the setting of a ceremony held with the participation of both Romanian and Yugoslavian officials. Wreaths were laid at the base of the monument by members of the Serbian and Romanian royal families.
