Owners were so friendly and accommodating to my travel schedule, would stay again! Strong wifi made working in between my fun a breeze. Love the dipping pool in the back, a fresh reprieve from the heat.

What a great boutique hotel. Staff were the best we've seen in 20+ years of international travel. Incredibly clean. Hotel has a restaurant in the building's courtyard that serves breakfast. Very good food and staff. Pool is smallish but we only dipped in to cool off. Lounge chairs are high end.

Offering a year-round outdoor pool and views of the mountains, San Trópico Petit Hotel is situated in Puerto Vallarta in the Jalisco Region, 2.4 km from Cruise Ship Pier. I only stayed here one night but wish I could have stayed longer! I had a suite which was gigantic, with a great kitchen and amazing pool view. Absolutely everything you need. The pool is HUGE and so lovely to swim in. Breakfast was fantastic. The location is a little in the middle of nowhere but easy if you have a car/use Uber - it's very peaceful.
