The pool was huge, but we didn't have time to use it in our one night stay.

The service during every meal, including the delivery of coffee and sweets in the morning, was excellent, as was the food. This place is very special. I would come back many times to have this experience again. The location in the heart of Ajijic and steps to the main square were perfect. The architecture of all the premises is so charming and the premisis make you feel so relaxed among the flowers, trees, and sounds of water from the fountains. We were so impressed by the politeness of all the employees. The rooms are so charming with a feeling of the old world charm that comes from all the Mexican tile, dark wood, and open courtyard in each suite. When you enter your room for the first time you feel like a king entering his private domain. The entire premisis is kept immaculate. The people who are employed take a real interest to keep the facility up to the highest standards. A beautiful pool is great to relax and cool off when its warm. The breakfast is wonderful only to be outdone by the courtousy and respect of the wait staff. Old world charm, cleanliness, comfort, and a feeling of really being in old Mexico await at the Danza Del Sol.
