Stunning and quiet property in the heart of a busy city! We were welcomed by the stuff with some drinks and everyone took a lot of care of us and our luggage. The beds were the best we had during our 2 months Sri Lanka stay 😊

We had a brilliant 3 days at Roysth Estate! It was the last leg on our 2 week trip with out 18 month old around Sri Lanka and certainly the highlight! So many thoughtful details such as a baby monitor set up in our room and placing us close to the action so we could allow Arthur to nap whilst we were by the pool! The food was insanely good and the tea factory tour was fascinating! The staff were all so accommodating and delightful with out son. He was so well looked after and became a huge fan of hoppers and roti! Neil and Farzana were fabulous hosts and made you feel at home instantly- when we arrived it felt more like arriving to a family party than a hotel! The rooms were lovely and the whole hotel has been decorated in such a thoughtful and tasteful manner. The spa was also brilliant- the complimentary foot massage on arrival was very welcome after a long drive! Would highly recommend to anyone, especially as its only just over 2 hours from the airport so makes an ideal place to get over jetlag or top off a trip!

Cafe Pinnalanda er staðsett í Pinnawala og býður upp á útisundlaug í 100 metra fjarlægð. Room service manager was excellent 👌

Pinnalanda Hotel býður upp á ókeypis bílastæði. Wi-Fi Internet er í boði hvarvetna á gististaðnum. Hótelið er umkringt gróskumiklum gróðri og er í 1 klukkutíma akstursfjarlægð frá Kandy. Hotel with elephants was an incredible experience! We had an amazing holiday surrounded by beautiful elephants which created an amazing atmosphere. The service was impeccable and the opportunity to interact with the elephants was a real bonus. A unique experience that I will never forget!

Forest Shade Eco Resort er staðsett í Deraniyagala, 45 km frá Leisure World, og býður upp á gistingu með útisundlaug, ókeypis einkabílastæði, garði og sameiginlegri setustofu. My partner and I stayed at Forest Shade Eco Resort earlier this month and we had a wonderful experience. We came cycling from Colombo and unfortunately had a small accident on the way. We called the hotel and they arranged a vehicle that picked us up straight from the hospital, everything went super smoothly and it was absolutely sweet how everyone was so concerned about us (we are fine now). This place is definetely the right spot when you need to recover from a bicycle accident or life in gereral. Our room and the attached balcony overlooked the river and we had a fantastic view! The food was lovely as well, we got the Sri Lankan option for dinner and breakfast and loved it. This place is a 100 percent recommendation and we will definetely come again on our bikes to explore the beautiful area a bit more.

White Villa Kitulgala er staðsett í Kitulgala og býður upp á garð og vatnaíþróttaaðstöðu. Gististaðurinn státar af sameiginlegu eldhúsi, veitingastað, vatnagarði og verönd. We have had the best stay at White Villa! Rangi and her mother made us feel so welcome. We have never experienced such hospitality - they really went out of their way to make our stay special. Rangi spoke perfect English, gave us tips about the local area and even helped us move onto Nuwara Eliya, speaking on the phone to the bus driver! Our rafting guides picked us up and dropped us off, so it’s very close to the local attractions. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner cooked by her mother which was amazing! They brought dinner down to our room, which we ate at the table outside listening to the sounds of the Forest. It was incredible! As for the room, comfortable bed, hot shower and balcony overlooking the beautiful forest. There is a stream just a minute walk away where you can swim. We have had the perfect stay here and recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much to Rangi and her mother - best of luck with the rest of your studies!😁
