Room service was both quick and exceptionally friendly, much to my children’s delight. Kajintharan, who deserves a special mention, kept our room spotless daily and amused the kids with multiple towel animals. Having visited several other hotels and restaurants in Jaffna, I can confidently say none compare to North Gate Jaffna. It's the ideal choice for anyone seeking comfort, great food, and entertainment, complete with a well-maintained, sizable swimming pool.

Also as the inn located in the middle of the town we can travel anywhere around with ease Definitely recommend for anyone even solo or with a group this is a safe place to stay.
