The front desk of the hotel is excellent. They customized a travel guide for me and also recommended authentic specialty cuisine. The subway downstairs is also very convenient for travel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is within a shopping complex with many restaurants. It was around 30 minutes in a taxi to the centre of Chongqing but the hotel is in a quiet area and it was nice to be away from the chaos of the city. Breakfast was nice and good selections.
