All rooms in the hotel are fitted with a flat-screen TV. All units will provide guests with a fridge. The Inn was spotless and well maintained inside and out. It was also packed with quirky items/antiques which were interesting. It was very quiet, although perfectly placed (close to main roads particularly the Garden State Parkway) for exploring the state, especially the Shore. The rear entrance/exit to the car park also made life a lot easier. I had no problems during the stay, so little interaction with the staff, but what I did have was efficient and friendly.

Splash Zone Water Park is 14 km from the hotel and Morey's Piers is 14 km away. Great boutique modern B&B. Location was better than expected. Close enough to walk to town, but the restaurants near-by are worth checking out. Everything is walkable if you are a walker.

It's so private and wasn't too busy while we were there mid May. Staff are amazing, right from the minute we walked through the door, we were made to feel so welcome. Bathroom was lovely, fantastic facilities. The shower was great, loved the fact there was a bath and the toiletries provided were lush. Outside of the hotel, the boardwalk is literally a two minute walk away and there are some great local restaurants. Everyone we met in Asbury Park was really friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back!

Our daily gourmet breakfasts highlight local produce as well as fruit and herbs from our garden. We serve refreshments and snacks from 3:00-5:00pm daily. The location was perfect... the host Paula deserves real appreciation for her hospitality, passion and friendliness! The breakfast was fixed but it was served very well like home!

Guests at ICONA Diamond Beach can relax on Diamond Beach or swim in the outdoor pool. Everything about Icona was great. Restaurant was a bit pricey for the portions given
