The best hotel staff I have ever seen. We had a small issue because of the photos displayed in our Booking.com reservation showing a desk space in the room and apparently not all rooms have this desk. As we were expecting it (my wife had work to do), we asked them if we could change rooms and they sorted out for us by upgrading our room! They did everything to make our stay be an absolute blast. Reserved restaurants, helped us with all our questions and recommended/reserved a truffle hunt + wine tasting in Tuscany that was the PEAK of our trip. Very calm and at the same time family friendly hotel. The swimming pool is great in the summer heat and has a great view, overlooking a sunflower field. We stayed at one of the apartments which was very practical with children. We were able to prepare simple dinner for them one day they were too tired to go out. We also enjoyed dinner at the resort’s restaurant a couple of nights. The food was very good and the outdoor setup is beautiful in the evening. We would definitely come back.
