Resort Was beautiful, very well maintained and tastefully decorated. All areas felt like they had thought off, it’s a beautiful place and delight to stay. Rooms are beautiful, with everything that one would want to make your vacation feel like one. We had taken the room with Mountain View, we had reasonable view, some of it was blocked by huge trees, we spotted few animals, it had a balcony, it had huge glass windows which was a delight to just lie down and enjoy the nature. It has good Wi-Fi signal through out the property. Reception The receptionist Sujit was very courteous, friendly, polite and very helpful. Manager We met Arijit- he is the organisational consultant. He was again extremely nice, pleasant, friendly. He took extremely good care of us through out our stay. He made us feel very special. He went there extra length to make sure we got original South Indian food, he got the chef to speak to is ensuring we got the food that we wanted. We wanted to watch the final football match, he made sure the projector was setup and even offered all the guests complimentary tea coffee and snacks. A small gesture which didn’t cost much but the effect was phenomenal on all of us. Staff All the staff have been trained to make all the guests feel special. They are very pleasant, polite and helpful, it was a delight interacting with all of them. They served with a smile and genuinely cared. Chef Benny Varghese came to us and made sure food was to our taste, he even cooked us original South Indian food. Waiter Altaf made us feel special with his very polite manner and smiling face. Food We enjoyed everything we ordered, we thought it was reasonably priced too for a resort. 5 stars to the chef Benny- he can cook really well and 5 stars to his team who serves the guests with a smile.

The jeep ride through the estate was informative and great fun, as was the bird walk with Gayathri. All the staff were helpful and friendly. A peaceful and relaxing stay in a remarkably beautiful setting - what more could you ask for?

The rooms were big, with large windows, and nice balconies overlooking the forest. The Wi-Fi was strong. The property owner has nice gardens and fish ponds at the bottom of the hill, which were good for evening walks. The rooms were very clean. All of the staff, at the front desk, lobby, and dinning room were extremely nice, professional, and helpful. They arranged a tour of the surrounding countryside for me. I loved the food. The dining room staff seemed excited to introduce me to a range of Indian breakfast dishes. The chicken served during the dinner buffet was so delicious. The property has a nice clean infinity pool. The location of the property is good, a few minutes drive outside of town in a more peaceful environment.
