Set in a Grade II listed Tudor building, The Old Crown serves traditional ales. An English menu is served in the restaurant. Just 200 metres away are The Custard Factory’s trendy independent shops, bars, restaurants and galleries.

Vintage and I’m told it’s the second oldest pub in England dating back to 13th century

The location was excellent, and it was a really clean and comfy room with a comfy bed. I spent only one night, and it was worth that price. I would recommend it. I definitely would come back.

Pool Table, Bar, Free Parking, New Carpet, New Shower, clean rooms, working heaters, and the staffs super friendly. The night shift manager was tremendous help; my wife is pregnant and was very tired and the night manager gave us a perfect midnight check in. You get more than what you pay for here; who doesn’t love a respectable price.

Breakfast wad good, dinner was great. Room was good except for the noise at 5am. Blackout curtains didn't work much. Staff were brilliant, went above and beyond. Overall a good stay, would recommend.

I found the Aston Inn very convenient to the railway station and easy found. The Staff where always happy to help and polite. Having the pool tables where a nice touch to get the last few hours of the day in.

This is a 3 bed terrace converted to a “guest house “. I entered the property and quickly found out that I couldn’t stay in such a poor property and searched for another hotel and moved out

great staff and great place we have stayed here approx 5 times this year. the only thing was innkeepers head office was we cancelled a room for a night on free cancellation and innkeepers wont pay it back. but this has no reflection on the place or staff as they are great just head office keeping our money.

I have stayed at the Innkeepers Lodge previously and on all occasions I’ve been very pleased with the room and quality of cleanliness and friendly staff. The rooms are very quiet, on this visit my room overlooked a garden area, very pleasant. Thanks to everyone.
