The staff was exceptional and helped to create a wonderful, intimate and very friendly atmosphere at the hotel. The room service was great, the beds were made twice a day without us even noticing. Breakfast was delicious and very diverse. We would love to come back in the summer season!

We were upgraded on arrival ! The hotel interior looks very fresh and nice. Bed very comfortable . Breakfast is really great. The staff both hotel and restaurants are very friendly and trying to do their best to maximize the experience of our stay . The dinner / lunch restaurant is the best we had around the lake . I have no words for this hotel, it is splendid!!! The rooms are luxurious and spacious. The bathroom had Rituals beauty products. We had a room with a view on the bay, with a nice balcony. It is a joy to stay here, because all the details breath relaxation. The staff is the most friendly. I had a special request regarding a 'bride-to-be' with who I was travelling. They did everything they could to make this memorable, with a decorated room, drinks, balloons, it was all so special. Big thanks to Barabara, an amazing sweet girl from the reception desk. If you have the chance to book a massage there, do it! The hands of the woman do magic. The breakfast in the restaurant accross the road is blissfull, with a beautifull view on the bay.

Staying at this amazing hotel was an absolute pleasure! From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make both my husband and I feel welcome and cared for.
