Super clean facility with laudry room and sinks for hand washing if you don't want to pay for the machines. Bathrooms and showers were exceptionally clean, and I was pleasantly surprised that I never had to wait for a shower or to use a bathroom stall. Plenty of communal space and friendly staff!

The kitchen and the dining room is very cozy. I had a very good cooking moments. After the walk you can rest in the nice, quiet garden. Lovely country side vibe. I loved this place.

The nearest airport is Santiago de Compostela Airport, 41 km from the hostel. Really well set up albergue, lovely staff, and perfect facilities. Even though it was really busy being the final stretch of the Portuguese Camino, the bathrooms were well set up, and the privacy curtains on bunks meant I slept soundly.

Very comfortable place to stay and rest, beds and it's curtains give the sense of privacy. Everything super clean.

All units in Camiño da Vieira are equipped with a coffee machine and a computer. Such a lovely house to stay in before the last leg to Santiago de Compostela. It’s a lovely house that is homey and comfy and will make you feel at home. Bed was so comfortable and I had a great sleep. The Kitchen / Dining room has food options stocked where you can buy and make food! Very considerate because there’s not much food options nearby. Roberto the host was excellent, helpful, and kind. He has a fire stove that he lit up to dry our shoes: very very very helpful in the rainy day we were having. The line to dry in the laundry area also had a dan blowing to help dry socks faster. Love this place.

One of the most "feel like home" albergue. Friendly and kind hosts, beautiful setting, comfy room, flower decoration, garden,...everything was just perfect. Amd Aurelio the cat add a final touch to the atmosphere. Susana thank you for warm hospitality, I will visit again one day, for sure. 🥰 And I highly recommend to other travelers to stop by if walking Camino, it is just on the route. Usually everyone following the standard route recommendation and stop in Caldais, but I was the best decision to stay at Vintecatro.
