This is a place to stay when in Queenstown!!! The staff is so friendly, located in the centre and what's most important the guests are so friendly! This would be a place to go especially if you are travelling solo. I spent here 5 nights and I would pick this accommodation again!

Location was stunning right on the lake waterfront and walking distance to everything in town. Bus stop to airport and other places less than 5 minutes walk. Spacious kitchen area. Reception Staff very helpful

Låg nära till allt och framförallt till vattnet, vilket var väldigt mysigt! Sovrummen och badrummen var trevliga och har egentligen inget att klaga på! Personalen var behjälplig. Vi var nöjda!

One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking views that greeted me each morning. Waking up to the sight of Lake Wakatipu shimmering in the sunlight was a true delight, and I often found myself lingering on the savoring the tranquility of the surroundings. In addition to its idyllic location, Lakeside Backpackers offers a range of amenities to enhance your stay. The communal areas are tastefully furnished, providing the perfect setting to unwind and socialize with fellow travelers. Whether you're enjoying a cup of coffee in the backyard, there's no shortage of opportunities to relax and recharge.

Läget var perfekt, gångavstånd in till centrum och supermarket. Rummet var helt ok, ganska tyst runt omkring. Wi-Fi var ok. Prisvärt med tanke på läget och hur svårt det är att hitta boende i Queenstown.
