Located 300 metres from the beach in Petrovac, Villa Vukotić offers air-conditioned apartments with free Wi-Fi and TV with cable channels. The owners are very nice. Offered us some drinks and to bring us to the bus station upon check out. It has everything you need for a short stay and with a great view of the ocean. Well recommended!

The villa is located in a village near a small bay with a beautiful rocky beach (5 min walking from the house). There is public parking nearby but you will need to walk to the place about 200m. The owners are hospitable, punctual, and friendly, it was easy to find the location and get the keys. The villa itself has everything for a pleasant stay: comfortable bedrooms, a large living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. It is great that the villa is not just a guest place but is a real family house with a nice modern interior and a full set of equipment that makes you feel at home right away. The backyard is spacious, you can sunbathe, play, and rest there, not to mention it has a grill and an outdoor shower.

House is perfectly noise proof, although most of the time it is quiet anyway. Host Nazar is very kind, highly available (always answered in minutes since we booked and during the stay), speaks excellent English. It was like talking to a friend. It is perfect place for 2-3 families, 8 people, we were 9 and the kids just wanted to "come back to the villa" each day. Beach is 5 mins away, there is a small supermarket 3 mins walk, 2 restaurants (that we didnt visit), and a bakery/pizza that also sell ice cream right next, so you can buy hot buns every morning.
