All four of us loved the cottage Everything was excellent , We loved how central it was to the Kalgoorlie town. Allison and Carl made us all feel most welcome.

It had everything we needed, was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The partial kitchen was nicely laid out and should meet most people’s needs. Jess and Jeff, don’t worry about the negative reviews - it looks like they were done by folks with nothing better to do.

Free high-speed WiFi is available. Margaret River is a 10-minute drive away. Jo and James are caring and thoughtful hosts. The layout of the house and rooms is clever as it provides good privacy while keeping a feeling of openness onto the garden. The property is very well maintained and it is a pleasure to stroll around the beautiful gardens while the kangaroos and birds are out and about. We found the size of the rooms to be adequate for a couple (cozy but not cramped and the bathroom is large) and tastefully decorated. James and Jo are also providing a delightful breakfast with plenty of choices and some cooked options prepared specially for the guests. We definitely recommend this bed and breakfast for anyone who wants an enhanced experience of Margaret River and will certainly be back ourselves!

Every adult only room at this bed and breakfast is air conditioned and comes with a flat-screen TV. Certain rooms have a seating area where you can relax. You will find a kettle in the room. The rooms include a private bathroom. For your comfort, you will find bathrobes, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Very well presented and ideally located adult retreat. We really appreciated the peace and quiet, whilst still being located so close to the City. Look forward to returning when total relaxtion required again. Each suite comes with a flat-screen TV and a seating area where you can relax. You will find a coffee machine, kettle and toaster in the suite. Everything was perfect. The place looks even better than in the photos posted on booking. The house design is beautiful and everything is in complete harmony with nature. We've seen kangaroos and rabbits everyday and the owners are so kind. We travelled WA from Perth to Esperance and stayed at different accommodations, but this was the best at every aspect. We'd love to come back here some day.

Every suite has a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries and a hair dryer. The room was good, and the different areas were quite defined. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment The selling point was the location. Only 10 minutes from restaurants cafes, the main high street and the waterside. Car parking is good. The owners also had a very formative information pack with lots of recommendations. We used 4 if their food place suggestions

All cottages have a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and indoor/outdoor dining options on covered verandahs. Wonderful accommodation! Warm and cosy with everything we needed
