Location was really great everything is between walk distance just in the middle of pike market and space needle, staff is really helpful and friendly, kitchen is useful and rooms and bathrooms clean

Restaurants, malls and stores close by. Walked from hotel to the Market & Pier most days, but we don’t mind walking a bit to get around. Uber’s we a great option as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got to the hotel at night and wondered what the empty shelves by the elevators were for. It was a pleasant surprise in the morning when they were full of hot coffee, fruit, granola bars, cereal, milk, juice and yogurt, especially on the days when the breakfast room was busy. Was wonderful to walk over and grab coffee (with flavoured creamers I might add) and head back to the room and enjoy. I believe this was on each floor. There is a great little Italian place right next door to the hotel as well as a star bucks and subway across the street. Lots of unique restaurants nearby as well. We were accidentally charged for room service our kids paid for with cash and when I asked about it at check out there were no problems getting our money back. There is a cute little pub to sit at in the common area as well as nice cold ice water set out to drink. This was important to us as it was very hot during our time in Seattle. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Was a great bang for our buck!

Featuring sweeping city and water views, this hotel is located in the city centre of Seattle. In-room spa services are available. The Washington State Convention Center is 5 minutes’ walk away. The room was perfect, we had plenty of space to play on the floor and they supplied a crib for our baby. Bed was very spacious as well. The views from the room were exceptional.

This design hotel in downtown Seattle is 1 block from the Westlake Ave & Olive Way Light Rail station. Hotel Max features original paintings and photographs by Seattle artists. My stay at Max couldn't have been better. I was in Seattle for a week on a solo trip. I'd initially planned to stay at a different hostel in the city for the first few days then transfer to Max, but on arrival I found the hostel place totally unsuitable. This was a highly uncomfortable situation as I was on my own. I called Max reception late at night, jetlagged and frightened, to see if they could possibly check me in earlier, and my call was answered by the lovely Charlie. He immediately put me at ease, making the effort to ask if I was safe, and advised me on next steps in order to get me to Max ASAP. I turned up the very next day and the staff made every effort to reassure me and I was able to check in that evening. I could have cried with relief, and was so happy to step into a wonderfully comfortable room. The hotel is in a great location, a 20 minute walk from all the key sites in the city. The rooms are so comfortable, and I had a great time with the included record player and a copy of Nirvana's Bleach! It was the perfect place to call home for the duration of my stay, the staff made every effort to make us all feel welcome and advise on getting around the city.
