The whole check-in and check-out process is almost self-managed which I really like. And they are so thoughtful to arrange lockers for luggage keepsakes, and lounges. Definitely will stay here again or their other properties in the future.

Attractively located in Los Angeles, Hotel Indigo - Los Angeles Downtown, an IHG Hotel features free WiFi throughout the property. Comfort level in our room, no noises from the other rooms. Requested quite and got quite. Was able to request early check in and with luck a room was luckily available so that was big plus.

Offering a tranquil outdoor pool and an on-site restaurant, Hotel Figueroa is located across the street from the LA Live entertainment complex, which is home to Cyrpto.com Arena. Staff at the reception was really friendly and helpful, they met me with some really informal and cool words and this kind of interaction just lasted upon the entire stay. I like the way they roll with guests!
