The room is awesome, I may describe it as an artist's loft. Spacious, well equipped with all kitchen appliances and most importantly, washer & dryer. The bed is so comfy too. The whole check-in and check-out process is almost self-managed which I really like. And they are so thoughtful to arrange lockers for luggage keepsakes, and lounges. Definitely will stay here again or their other properties in the future.

Attractively located in Los Angeles, Hotel Indigo - Los Angeles Downtown, an IHG Hotel features free WiFi throughout the property. Comfort level in our room, no noises from the other rooms. Requested quite and got quite. Was able to request early check in and with luck a room was luckily available so that was big plus.

Staff at the reception was really friendly and helpful, they met me with some really informal and cool words and this kind of interaction just lasted upon the entire stay. I like the way they roll with guests!
