We arrived at 2.45 am and the night manager was kind enough to make some tea and wait till we settled down. In the morning, we met Ali who waited for my wife to wrap the breakfast as we were a bit slow from the travel. Osman, the hero was great at casually greeting every guest and making them feel at home. My wife who is averse to pets also took to his kindness and petted him. The best highlight is how an owner makes things really lively for you. Ahmet is the reason I would recommend this place to friends travelling. Right from accommodating our extension to giving us his honest recommendations about the city and culture, he never let us feel out of place. The room view was splendid and it's near most of the top things you would want to see in Istanbul. Lucky to have bumped into this listing and enhanced our Istanbul and Turkish experience.

Staff da 10 e lode! Abbiamo avuto un problema con un tassista ma, l'hotel ha provveduto a contattarmi dopo il mio rientro per capire il motivo del mio malcontento e provvedere a risolverlo. Ottima anche la colazione. Molta scelta e buona qualità. Struttura pulita e accogliente. Vista fantastica sul golden horn.
