I was most impressed by the water pressure in the showers and there was always hot water! the staff is very friendly and there is always a man in front of the hotel who will wait for you and help you park your car in front of the hotel or in the garage! I would only recommend them to include breakfast in their offer

The facilities in this hotel are amazing. The staff is friendly and always smiling. They can recommend great places and restaurants to visit, and are always available if in need of help. The location of the hotel is also good. They are at a walking distance from some good stores and restaurants, and at a relatively short distance from important touristic destinations. I would recommend this hotel.

Everything was extremely good. We were satisfied. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was sooo yummyyyy. Irhan and yunus and all staff was kind, respectful and helpful. The view was perfect. Right behind Galata Tower, you can see it from the room. And everything around the area is lovely and easy walk to metro and Tram stations. The terrace restaurant with panoramic views. One could sit there for hours. The room. Simple, elegantly designed and meets all the requirements. The staff. Super friendly and caring. They understand ‘guest services’ like very few hotels do.
