The subway exit is right in front of the hotel haha.. so convenient! The AC system is so sufficient. It was freezing during the days we visited Seoul. It was like minus 16°C but we didn't feel a bit of coldness inside the room, warm and cozy. Very nice. The carpet is also super clean.

Situated in Seoul, 3.1 km from Gangnam Station, voco Seoul Gangnam, an IHG Hotel features accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a terrace and a bar. Everything about this hotel was superb! The location, the staff, the room layout and cleanliness! I needed to work for a few days and the room does not have a working desk, so they had accommodated a mobile desk and working chair for my comfort. I totally enjoyed my stay at Voco.

This hotel exceeded a lot of my expectations as a 5 star hotel (especially the changing rooms, sauna and the gym - this is a point of interest that you definitely have to check out if you stay at this hotel; they offer free socks, free running shoes, free gym clothes and unlimited refrigerated water and you get 3 lockers to yourself to put your belongings, jackets, bags and stuff - it’s pretty amazing since I’ve stayed at plenty of 5 star hotels) I do like everything about Josun apart from its remote location from the shopping areas in Gangnam. The customer service is off the charts by the way. the staff were so kind and helpful. and the rooms are immaculately clean with plenty of water bottles replenished all the time throughout the day. The cleaning team are good. I will definitely return to Josun Palace the next time I stay here in Seoul

The place is very near to the subway, shops which made my stay so much easier. The staff are very nice and helpful. The place was so tidy, new and beautiful! I'll definitely come back here next time I visit Seoul.
