I highly recommend it. The hotel has everything you need for a short trip. Just a 5 minute walk to the train and tram station. There are buses right outside the hotel that take you straight to the city center. There are several shops, cafes, mini markets and restaurants right next to the hotel. Very clean and our towels were changed daily. Most importantly, all the staff was very friendly and willing to help us with anything additional we asked for and to suggest locations and activities. While we had not added breakfast on the last day we were offered it at a very good price. Many thanks, especially to Kevin, who, while we had booked non-refundable and the airlines, changed our travel dates, he made the change for a very small fee. I will definitely recommend it and will visit it again!!!

The room was super clean. All the details been taking care of. Comfy bed and spacious room. Tv with Netflix service. Coffee machine with capsules was my favourite. Special colorful led lights are installed behind the tv, room ceiling and shower. Regarding the location it’s right next to train station and bus station. There’s a market under the building, barber shop and restaurants. If you cross the road and turned right there’s an ice cream shop for 3 euro was super delicious and busy. Totally recommended it. Firstly The check-in process they allowed me in the noon, secondly, there were also complimentary things like sweets and drinks and cooking stuff which impressed me I feel at home, and the apartment is perfectly located on the main street of Marconi with all the facilities.

Alles war sehr sauber und man durfte sich jederzeit Kaffee oder kleine Flaschen Wasser in der Küche nehmen. Die Lage ist zwar vom Zentrum etwas außerhalb, aber man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß an dem Bahnhof Trastevere, von dem man sowohl den Flughafen Fiumicino mit dem Zug, als auch alle relevanten Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Innenstadt mit der S-Bahn bequem erreichen kann. Sehr netter Vermieter mit ausgezeichneten Englischkenntnissen und sehr hilfsbereit. Ausreichende Auswahl zum Frühstück, was man sich selbst zubereitet. Obst kann man beim Händler direkt gegenüber selbst dazu kaufen. Die Wohung ist sehr liebevoll und unglaublich gemütlich eingerichtet - es ist so schön, da will man gar nicht mehr die Stadt erkunden.

Don't be concerned regarding the location of the place on the Rome map thinking that it's far away from the city centre, you can reach the Coliseum by foot in 45 minutes, or in 10 minutes by public transport for 1.5 euro per person (May 2024). I'd say that you're located almost in the city centre. Plenty of places to eat Italian food nearby the Damiva with acceptable prices compared to the City centre. You'll be provided with a breakfast ticket by the host and can have a classical Italian breakfast (pastry of your choice + coffee), though it's located on the other side of the street. In addition you can use the apartment kitchen/fridge/utensils free of charge informing host in advance or in WhatsApp (usually answers withing 30 minutes (usually instantly)). It's a decent place for the money paid.
