Excellent location. Closer to Time Square and NYC Bus Terminal and all restaurants etc. Good breakfast. Excellent support from the front office staff. Very friendly and supportive. Assisted us with late check-out, luggage keep till our departure after checking-out, loading to taxi, arranging tours.

Location brilliant the breakfast amazing at their patisserie a must! Bar area great. Staff at front desk lovely but cannot say for staff in bar and legasea restaurant just outright rude. Complained to staff (Carl) but manager didn’t have time to personally speak with me. Was given $100 room credit (whole trip $3750AUD) and 2 free drinks at bar……🤔🤔🤔🤔 The rudeness from staff at bar and restaurant greatly affected my stay considering cost paid for 5 nights. Not hard to be pleasant its actually their job to be nice. Obviously in the wrong industry. Stayed at Moxy eat village at Christmas and staff great that’s why came back to another Moxy hotel. Would I come back….. definitely not to Time Square due to rudeness maybe….. not sure as was super expensive and the rudeness ruined my stay.
