This marked my second stay at the hotel. While there were other options available at a similar price range, I decided to return because of the service I experienced during my first visit. Kenza, if I remember her name correctly, exemplified kindness, warmth, and exceptional hospitality. When the staff exhibits such behavior it often overshadows other minor issues.
