Very nice hotel, makes big impression on arrival. Spacious and very nice rooms which are cleaned every day. In a room there was kettle and fridge which was nice addon. Nice pools, a lot of activities during day. Also evening singers and entertainment in Showroom. Good/modern TV with Youtube access.
This aparthotel offers Atlantic Ocean views from its position above Tenerife’s Playa de la Arena. With an outdoor pool, it is a 5-minute drive from Los Gigantes Harbour and Cliffs.

First at all, the amasing, excellent professional staff. Than, the comfortable apartment and the very good breakfasts.
Location, the calm and quiet.
Vigilia Park is set in Tenerife’s Puerto Santiago Center, right on the main road, and features a gym, hot tub and outdoor pools. The rooftop pool and bar offer wonderful views of views of La Gomera.

It was a lovely spacious relaxing home with plenty of shady and sunny areas outside. The pool was lovely - and very warm when heated. We had a very lovely stay and hope to return.

Very nice house, not wide but with many floors and even a garage. The two terraces allow sitting in the sun or shade throughout the day. Great starting point to go to los Gigantes and other places. The kitchen was very well equipped and had the essentials for cooking (oil, spices etc.).

Initial door entry was problematic as the key to the security door was inside the apartment and we had to wait until someone came out of the building to get in. The doors to the balcony opened but would not shut and although this was reported and an assurance given that the matter would be attended to, nothing happened. Overall we were pleased with the accommodation and enjoyed the holiday, although the resort was quite hilly, which made it difficult to get around and down to the beach area.

Compared to big resorts Puerto de Santiago was a quiet town perfect for resting and escaping from hustle and bustle. There were some buses to use nevertheless a car was a great option to move around the island from Puerto de Santiago. The beach was rather small with black sand.

The facilities were clean and the breakfast was good. The pictures on line make it look far nicer then it is. Our balcony looked straight across the street into a residential building. The street was very loud. It is located at the end of a shopping strip. The location is far from beach and tourist spots.
I booked it on a 4 star rating but later found it is rated as 2 star.

Very nice place with stunning views but a lot of hills and a lack of artificial beaches. I prefer natural shore though but generally playa La Arena was the only choice in terms of beach time. Nice place to stay for 2 days and move somewhere else. There is almost nothing to do in the evening apart from a couple of bars. But I have to say during my 2 week stay in the winter, the weather was the best in Puerto Santiago and Los Gigantes area. Keep that in mind. Its also a good starting point to see Teide, Masca and Puerto de la Cruz but very far away from Santa Cruz. Next time I will 100% choose Santa Cruz instead of any Tenerife Sur town. Just too many tourists everywhere. Santa Cruz is different.
On the other hand nearby Los Gigantes offers many nice cruises, kayaks, e-bikes, trekking routes etc. So for more active people imo its a good place to be.

A lovely small place with a good choice of restaurants and bars. Probably not for younger holiday makers who may prefer a more lively resort. But if you like a nice relaxing holiday with a good selection of nice bars and places to eat then this is lovely. You must be reasonably fit as the road and paved areas are quite hilly. There are some nice walks to local villages and beaches if you like to walk a bit rather than just sun lounge all day. Lovely place for a relaxing holiday.

We spent there 2 weeks. The place is brand new, clean and provides all that is needed for a longer stay (kitchen equipped, washing machine, towels etc.) The apartment is pretty spacious and well planned. The area is really beautifull. Moreover, the owner is very kind and always keen to help you.
But the best part is the view from the balcony directly to the Playa Puerto de Santiago. You are falling asleep listening to the Ocean and waking up seing amazing view, while still being in bed.
Strongly recommend it!
The apartment is in a complex, consisting of many buildings and having swimming pools. The host was lovely Anastasia, which was more than helpful and kind. The room was spacious, had a balcony with sunbeds and table, and view at the pool. Kitchen was great, even had an automatic espresso machine. It also had a Smart TV. Bathroom was nice, with a shower and hot water all day long. It was overall a perfect room, and if I ever return to Tenerife, I will definitely stay there again.
The breakfast was very good, large selections and plenty of choice.
Food was good, hot and items for fussy eaters catered for.
Drinks selection for all inclusive was fabulous! Exceeded my expectations, a very good all inclusive and the best ive experienced in Europe.
Had 2 sittings for meals for COVID purposes, worked well.
Rooms cleaned regularly. Hotel very clean!
Amazing staff and entertainment guy. All wanting to help and go that extra mile!!
I consider my stay at this hotel to be very successful. the hotel is really very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Tasty meals and a large selection. The swimming pool was very clean and well-kept. The room windows offer a beautiful view of the island of La Gomera and the ocean, peace and quiet at night. You can really rest and regain strength. The facility has many amenities. The location is very good. I definitely recommend it for a holiday.
Loved this hotel. The best thing is the children’s play area right next to the outside dining area so at breakfast we could enjoy our breakfast while the kids played in our sight. The swimming pool was a lovely temperature. The hotel was peaceful and quiet. The outside dining is great and lovely outside sofa bar area to relax with a drink. Walking distance to low Gigantes. Brayan the waiter was lovely and helpful. Incredible sea views.
Absolutely everything you could think of to make your stay comfy was available, down to things like orange juicer to get the best out of local oranges.
One of the rare cases where reality is even better than the pictures, and as everyone else said, the terrace and the view were just amazing.
Don't think twice, the 9.5+ average reviews are completely deserved!
Everything! Amazing ocean view from balcony. Very well equipped with all the essentials. complete kitchen with dishwasher , fridge freezer , dishes, pots, cooking utensils… etc. Clean bathroom with washing machine. beach toys/ umberellas also available in balcony storage.
Would definitely recommend, and would stay there if in Tenerife again.
We was very happy to stay in this hotel for our summer vacation, really we enjoyed the nice view front of the sea spacious apartment, nice staff very nice weather and hotel atmosphere.
Thanks a lot for the nice place all shopping is near LIDEL, Superdono... natural Pool also at 500 m from the hotel.
All the best and keep the same level
Everithing was perfect. Nice Apartment, 3 min walking until the center city and the beach. free parking spaces in front, swimming pool clean and open 24h/24h. the apartment has two bedrooms and a living room, large kitchen. the house is equipped with everything you need for vacation in Tenerife. next time we will stay more days for sure
The apartment is on a second floor, but there is an elevator. Location is about 200m from the main beach and also close to a restaurants. There is indoor parking, very narrow as usual on Tenerife. Excellently equipped apartment and kitchen. There was a very small swimming pool but common with all apartments.
The breakfast was fine. There was plenty of choice and you could sit outside. The hotel is pretty, but they didn't inform us that we had a "regular" room in an abandoned wing that clearly wasn't taken care of and that the good spots in the restaurant were for VIP. The airconditioning was ok.
It was a good option for its money when there were only 3% of accommodations left on the island.
The pool was clean and with plenty of space around to sunbath.
The hotel complex is situated in a good neighborhood between with a proximity to a natural pool, 2 supermarkets
Amazing hotel, one of the best I have ever been to.We had ocean view suite and the apartment was massive.Big, heated swimming pools which we absolutely loved.Food and drinks were exceptional as well.We are planning to go back soon.
The apartment had the most amasing view I have ever seen in my life. It was comfy with some pre-organised suprises like fruit bowl and bottled water. Highly recommended to everyone visiting los gigantes region in Tenerife.
The view is spectacular, I guess best in all Los Gigantes. The terrace is a mirador. We spent 80% of time there. Apartment has everything you need. There’s a supermarket Lidl in 5 min walk down the hill.
Good heated swimming pool, big terrace. Hotel in good location. Lidl and other shopping markets very close. For us was very good to have 2 bathrooms in the family apartment9.
The location is without a doubt the best feature of this hotel, the swimming pools and the balcony in my room were great. The comfort of the room was very good too.
