Situated in Newtown, 5 minutes’ drive from Ballyvaughan and Galway Bay, The Waters Country House boasts over 40 acres of farmland at the foot of the Burren Hills. Wolfgang was super welcoming and made us feel at home. Very attentive and made you smile.

Offering a sun terrace and views of the garden, the family-run Knockaguilla Country House is set 3.7 km from Doolin, 2.3 km from Doolin Cave. Lovely place. Marie and her husband did everything to make us feel welcome. We had an early departure and they adjusted the breakfast time so we could have breakfast before leaving. The room was very comfortable and super clean. I love seeing the stars from my window without any kind of light. I will definitely come back when I return to Doolin.

Situated 5 km from Doolin Cave, Pairc Lodge features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The location was perfect, right near doolin pier which gives access to the ferry to the Aran islands. The town is really close, we’d recommend fitz pub for good grub! The pub next door O’Connors had a lovely breakfast with live music most nights. Rita and Patrick were amazing hosts and went over and above for us. Visiting Doolin you’ll soon realise how lovely EVERYONE is!

Cois Na hAbhann is located in the centre of Doolin and within 50 metres of pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. The bed and breakfast offers free WiFi access. Perfection Brian and Dympna have nailed how to run a B & B Perfect 10/10

With views over Doolin village and towards the Cliffs of Moher, Doolin View B&B is within a 10-minute walk of traditional Irish pubs and restaurants. Super service from great people (best we had on our Ireland-trip), wonderful breakfast, comfy&nice rooms, lovley livingroom with minibar and fireplace. We should have had 2 nights! 20 minutes to walk to downtown Doolin.

Situated in the town of Lisdoonvarna, Ballinsheen House offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking. On the edge of the Burren National Park, it is just 10 minutes’ drive from the Cliffs of Moher. Spacious apartment, everything needed for a comfortable stay. Quality kitchen utensils and appliances enabled easy meal prep - great change after months of eating out. Helpful hosts, scones on arrival was a lovely touch. One of our better stays in 4 months on the road.

Just 15 minutes’ walk from Dunguaire Castle, Kinvara Inn provides bright and warmly furnished rooms with private bathrooms. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi access and free parking. It was lovely. House was clean and the breakfast was great.

Vaughans Anchor Inn is located in the fishing village of Liscannor, 2 miles from the Cliffs of Moher and within 5 minutes' drive of the famous golf course and beach of Lahinch. Nice room! Very comfortable bed and pillows. Appreciated the Fresh chocolate chip cookies brought to our room.

In a great location at Lahinch, close to the Cliffs of Moher, the Ocean and the Famous Links Golf, Vaughan Lodge is a small, family-owned run by 4th generation local hoteliers, Michael and Maria... The King room was fantastic, clean and spacious. The dinner was fine dining standard and the staff including Michael were very attentive. Brilliant stay and would highly recommend
