The dinner menu was excellent and wait staff very efficient and skilled as there was a big crowd of us.. The location was perfect for walking into town and shopping/sightseeing. The staff was very kind and allowed us to check out a little past regular check out time so we could get dressed for the wedding we were going to. We had a ball!
Cashel
Baileys Hotel is a listed Georgian building located in the heart of Cashel town. It offers luxurious, refurbished rooms, fine dining, and views of The Rock of Cashel. With free parking, it is just 1.5km from junction 9 off the M8 motorway. My wife is our trip planner. She deliberately bypassed the Blarney Castle to come to Cashel. She explained why and I agreed. She asked me to select the hotel in Cashel and I chose this one. I am glad I did. The hotel is outstanding in every respect. Breakfast is included and parking is available just a short distance away. The staff is tremendous. They recommended dining at their restaurant on site, but we wanted to go elsewhere. When we found nothing else open, we returned here. The room was very large with plenty of space and it even had a view of the Rock. The only quirky thing was the bathroom door and the positioning of the toilet seat. It was awkward. Still, we loved our one night in Cashel. The breakfast was absolutely perfect with a perfectly cooked eggs Benedict. If you visit Cashel, this is your place for everything.

Gorgeous elegant and classy spacious room. The double bed was very comfortable, the views of the mountains out the windows were stunning and really added to the experience.
Lovely host. Gorgeous home near town and lake.
Beautiful location. Peaceful & quiet. Unbelievable hospitality! Bernie is such a wonderful, welcoming, generous host. Her interior design skills are top notch. Spotlessly clean. So comfortable. Everything you could ask for & more! Great value for money
Such a peaceful location, we had a lovely stay and slept like babies. Bathroom is astonishing, the overall authentic design of the place made it feel like we were lords on vacation! Would highly recommend and will be back again no doubt!
Lovely boutique hotel in centre of town. First class restaurant in Cellar.
Hotel has invested in lovely antiques and has clearly gotten professional design advice so the decor is great. Staff were welcoming and helpful.
You felt like a Queen and King staying in their holiday castle. The location, the interior design, the spaciousness of the rooms and the very friendly and easy-going host were excellent for relaxing and enjoying the area close to mysterious Cashel Rock. Breakfast offered more than the usual range and the best porridge ever.
The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Boutique hotel with lots of character. Very central, walking distance to everything. Car parking literally around the corner. Also lovely breakfast. Highly recommend it. We will be back again.
I loved the style of the house with its interior design- so gorgeous. I booked the four poster bed specifically and it was just magical. The ensuite must have been newly refurbished as it was tip-top!
The friendliest of staff in a lovely boutique hotel . Ideal location with a lovely buzz of people dining outside when we arrived. Spotless comfy rooms and lovely choices for breakfast. Price was very reasonable for an August Bank holiday, will most definitely return.
