The room was so nicely decorated, the room very comfortable and spacious. Lydie was warm, welcoming and helpful. View from the hotel room beautiful and the location peaceful and tranquil. Set in beautiful gardens in the heart of Connemara, the romantic Abbeyglen Castle Hotel has tennis courts, a spa bath and stunning views of Clifden and the Twelve Bens mountains. The owners and staff have made the stay in this wonderful building a whole experience.

Buttermilk Lodge is 5 minutes' walk from Clifden town centre, so you can just park your car and easily walk to town. We had a spacious, fully equipped apartment at our disposal. Upon arrival, a very kind lady welcomed us and showed us around, recommending nearby attractions. In the apartment, we had refreshments prepared for the first day, as well as umbrellas and other thoughtful touches that were a pleasant surprise. There are plenty of parking spaces available at the accommodation.

The Alcock and Brown hotel in Clifden is a central and cosy hotel offering a dedicated welcoming service in a relaxed atmosphere. Great room, nice bed and shower. Good coffee + tea complimentaries in the room. Free tea, coffee and scones in the reception. Great location just across SuperValu.

Everything is decorated with very great taste. The apartment we rented was very spacious, with access from the salon directly to the shore. The beach is a minute's walk away. Breakfast is amazing! Highly recommend!

Very very roomy, comfortable king size bed, quiet, price very reasonable. No breakfast but coupon given for €10 breakfast at downtown hotel which we used and was very good. Front desk person gave good advice to our questions. On edge of town but 1 km walk to the Station bar.
