Dating from 1796, you'll find traditional home cooking, antique furniture and the most spectacular views in Ireland. great hotel with amazing views. The interior is classic and cosy, the staff very friendly and helpful. I stayed for the second time and definetly should have stayed more than one night.

Buttermilk Lodge is 5 minutes' walk from Clifden town centre, so you can just park your car and easily walk to town. Everything was super clean & the breakfast was delicious. The owners were extremely friendly.

At the edge of Clifden, All the Twos offers rooms with spacious bathrooms. Guests can enjoy mountain views, free Wi-Fi, and free parking, 15 minutes’ drive from Connemara National Park. Very very roomy, comfortable king size bed, quiet, price very reasonable. No breakfast but coupon given for €10 breakfast at downtown hotel which we used and was very good. Front desk person gave good advice to our questions. On edge of town but 1 km walk to the Station bar.
