Excellent location, apartment was fabulous + spacious + quiet. Elevator to 3rd floor. #301 has a separate shower room and toilet that was important to us. Beautiful hardwood floors and ample towels were much appreciated. Easy to enter anytime of day. Poulette restaurant across the street was wonderful to dine at. Easy to use Etienne Marcel Metro to connect to other locations. Windows have double shutters; no noise from street. Very pleasant staff with excellent communication from booking to arrival. I've stayed in multiple levels of hotels but am now a convert to Apartments du Louvre. They truly have their system organized and provide all the essentials. Handle to dishwasher was broken but we did not use dishwasher. I reported this the next morning as well as the outlet in the bathroom (for blow dryer) was not working. Outlet was repaired right away! The spacious apartment with kitchen, iron and all the essentials was a superior experience compared to a hotel for our week that was filled with museums, tours and shopping. A big thank you to the staff.

Also an easy walk to shops, restaurants, bars etc. The host staff were very helpful and the view is exactly as you see in the photos. This place was super! If I travel back to Paris, this is where we will stay, without a doubt!

I really liked my bed) and breakfast was nice. Warm room and hotel during winter being very important for non European person. Snacks and drinks available from 2pm till night was very comfortable

Nằm ở quận 11 của thành phố Paris, Hôtel Fabric, từng một nhà máy dệt cũ, nay được dùng làm khách sạn. our room was comfortable, adequate space for luggage, etc., great shower, bathroom also adequate size. the small gym had quality equipment, we used it daily. nice that they had a hamam, although we didn't' use it. i also liked they coffe, tea and water facilities in the lobby. the staff was very nice and helpful.
