Lovely hotel, decorated nicely. Free coffee, water and pot noodles in room. On the first day we didn’t want our room cleaning so they left us all the free stuff and extra toilet roll outside. Staff were lovely. Such good value for money!

Big city and nice people, a lot of attractions to see nearby. I rent a car with driver to Pha Taem National Park, to see the ancient rock paintings and well as mushroom shaped rocks. It costs me 2400B for a day. However, if you can speak Thai, it would be much more convenient. I am Chinese, can speak English but not Thai. You can seldom find a local who can speak English, not to say Chinese. Most restaurant menus are only in Thai, so try to find those with pictures. A translate app really helps. May come back after I learn more Thai.

Ubon Ratchathani was a nice place to travel.
Ubon Ratchathani was a nice place to travel. It has lots of beautiful mountains and if you are a hiking lover, you will love this place. It got beautiful water fall and you can swim over there. The nature was beautiful and it was so relaxing staying in ubon. The people there were friendly but they don’t speak very good English. The food over there was so delicious, you must need to try the BBQ and boat noodles. The LEK fresh milk shop was recommended to go. There were so many things you can try in ubon, I am
Sure you will like this place. In addition, there was a central plaza which you can shop and watch movies there. A lot of big c, lotus and 7-11. No worries 😉

The hotel, both in design and decoration, exudes the wonderful feel of a small mountain Mediterranean VIlla, whilst providing excellent Thai hospitality and comfort, in the person of its' owners and staff. Located in the centre of downtown Ubon, well off a busy main road, it is an oasis of calm and comfort, with a superb lunch and dinner menu, bar, coffee shop and patisserie serving freshly brewed coffee, delicious snacks, cakes and pastries. A real gem, not to be missed.
Very classy French themed reception/cafe/breakfast restaurant. Perfect location in the centre of town to walk to the riverfront, the big park in the evening with all the locals and enjoy all the street food stalls behind the temple. Art works are displayed throughout the common areas of the hotel. We requested a rear room to avoid street noise. Hotel staff helped us with onward transport.
ride from the hotel to Central Plazza will take about 10 minutes and costs between 60 to 8o Bahts; from this hotel to the airport around 60 80 bahts. Always taxis who use a meter . So that I found very convenient.; and people from Issan are very welcoming .
a really fantastic place, amazing how much detail the owner puts into that Hotel, clean rooms, very well stuffed fridge (16 bottles of beer !!) nice little coffeeshop with own bread, small cozy pool.
The staffs are very nice and helpful. Location is very good. Good center location and easy to get around Ubon Ratchathani attractions. The room is nicely designed and we'll equipped.
