Staff who served us was friendly. The location is good, just outside the busy part of Patong, so its more peaceful. The room had a good view of the sea.

Breakfast buffet was fantastic, wide selection of cuisines from around the world and the menu was slightly different each day which made it even better. The hotel was very accommodating for young families with kids, the the Kids Club and playground was great. We got a free upgrade to the room with a Jacuzzi so that was excellent.
The staff were friendly, hard working and very accommodating. We required a buggy cart to get to and from our hotel room and the team were very efficient.

The staff were really nice, it was close to the beach, they also have scooter rental with price as outside nearly. I have stayed twice in this property and I highly recommend it. I must say on my second visit, my room was not available at the time so they changed my room so I can check in early.
