The staff was extremely nice; everything was exceptionally well kept. The room was very spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks (a rarity lately in many hotels). It's weird /unique - eclectic random stuff from a bygone error looks like. We enjoyed it for one night - probably wouldn't stay longer. Staff very pleasant and helpful, stairs only up. Breakfast quite sad but they were made an effort - I give points for trying and they are an elderly couple. Great location and walking distance to walking street and clock tower.

The staff there was the most friendliest people we've encountered during our trips. Breakfast, coffee and water is included during your stay, and they are delicious! The staff makes them a la minute for you. We stayed two nights and got two different meals. On our last day we had a very early tour day and the staff lady rushed herself to make a breakfast box for us, which was so kind and lovely of her, because we didn't even knew we were going to get breakfast there so we were just planning to get some at 7-Eleven. Only for this I would already recommend this place! Don't come for luxury, but it's a nice budget-friendly place if you're seeking a place to stay for a couple nights.
