Thank you for your unprofessional response. That clearly states your educational and customer service level!! By saying "I used your coffee machine, broke it, and caused a flood in your hotel" is just outrageous!!!!!! It was prepared for me by your staff! There was "no sign posted anywhere, do not use this machine" !! Before you unfairly accuse another guest of breaking it, perhaps you might add it in the future! From 9 pm to 9 am I was unable to access the internet. It wasn't inaccessible "for just 45 minutes", as you said in your comment. First and first, you ought to train your staff in providing a good customer service, and it goes without saying that the person who replied back to my review ought to have done it herself/himself first!!!!!! Not the best city for vacation.
Not the best city for vacation. We stopped over for a night due to the lengthy distance between Dubrovnik and Romania. Too much graffiti, kind of dirty as well and it doesn’t feel as safe as other countries that we visited. But the accommodation and the traditional food were a very pleasurable experience.

Belgrade is a beautiful city but the accommodation is very poor for the rating given and restaurants tried to add a surcharge to the bill. The airport is very basic with no restaurant or any food to be purchased anywhere.

Very strange place around the new train station.
Very strange place around the new train station. Earlier, the train station was located next to the bus station and it was convenient. For some reason, it was moved to a new place where there are no facilities, no shops, and you can only get there by car or bus and then a 7-minute walk, which definitely won't be something pleasant because you'll be walking with a suitcase, swallowing dust from the highway with a view of some unfinished buildings and concrete overpasses dilapidated and covered with graffiti. This last scene spoiled the whole impression of the city.VasiliiUkraine

Day's staff speaks English good, is very responsive and helpful. I really liked surrounding , a lot of green areas. You can go to Zemun, which is a very nice suburb, different from Belgrade.
