The attendants were very nice and kind and try their best to make you feel welcome. I couldn't have much sleep because of the noise and they managed to change the room.

I had a wonderful stay at Atlantic Spot Guest House, it was well equipped with good facilities, centrally located to some of the areas I was planning to visit and good access to nearby highways (visited Aveiro, Porto, Tomar, Leiria and Nazare from here and all within 30min - 1:30min max away via car). Grocery stores, restaurants, ATMs and fuel stations are also close-by and there are running and cycling paths in and around the town. The self check-in was easy and the owners and staff were extremely welcoming, kind and accommodating checking in often and ensuring all was in order and all needs were met during my stay and went the extra mile in this regard. Wifi was stable and fast which was great since I had to do some work online during my stay. Really hope to be back in the near future and would definitely stay here again when I am in the area!
Boasting lake views, Pé n'areia offers accommodation with a patio, around 200 metres from Mira Beach. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony and free WiFi.

We came with our daughter and dog for a short stay. It was an amazing place. Arrived in the dark and didn't know what to expect. But when we woke up to our sea and canal view with a beautiful terrace we were thrilled.

Room was excellent, beautiful, clean comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent, very good quality and more than we could eat. Hosts were so friendly and happy to go out of their way to help us with tour advice.

Lovely beach but out of season lacked atmosphere as many things were closed. We had really bad weather making it difficult to get out and about. Can only imagine a month earlier would have been ideal. We visited end of October.

Cute beach lodging.
Cute beach lodging. The family room number 1 does not have a window or door to the outside and is a bit dark. So if you are looking for lots of light avoid this room. The bathroom with a wash basin, shower and toilet is tiny. My shower didn't provide any water pressure at night or in the morning so I had to skip it. Mine was the only one with this problem. The polite staff apologized when I told them. That was all and I thought I paid a rate for a complete room. All was nicely clean.
The breakfast was very good and there was homemade cake as well. If you really need/ want to be close to the beach this may be a good choice.

The building are ugly and don’t follow a pattern.
The building are ugly and don’t follow a pattern. There is nothing to enjoy around the beach but surprisingly the people we saw there, most of them were young.
The beach looks nice but the wind didn’t help. We couldn’t enjoy it.
The food at the restaurants is kind expensive. We could find any place that would sell between 6,50€ to 8€ per person. I recommend the restaurant Costa do Mar. You can order cod fish for 13€ and it’s enough for two people. The other dishes I think are just for one person. The food is good there

We were pleasantly surprised on the evening of our arrivel to find there was a free concert on at the town centre, though it was very loud till 3am.The following evening there was to be another event but I think it got rained off.The beach is great at Mira and very safe. There are walks along the dunes and we found some really good restaurants along the lagoon.Mira is also close to Aviero and Coimbra.
the staff and location were both excellent, the ability to use the guesthouse bicycles were a bonus as it was easy to move around in the town without driving. Granny’s location to the beach was a simple 10 min walk . breakfast was continental style, was fresh and was an added bonus as we did not know what to expect. It was a short stay but would recommend Granny’s to other travelers as it met our needs and was exactly as the pictures and comments showed
Lovely cosy place, very nice owner. Fresh and clean room & bathroom (and huge!), balcony, comfy bed. Very nice common use kitchen with EVERYTHING you may need to prepare yourself a breakfast/dinner, there is also a common use terrace where you can enjoy your glass of wine. Free parking outside. The owner has taken care of every little thing – starting from free tea/coffee and ending with first aid kit. Around 10 min walk to the beach.
Exceptionally welcoming and friendly staff. They upgraded us without us asking. The guesthouse is in lnew condition. The nightly rate was very reasonable, fantastic breakfast! They have loaner bikes to ride around town. Quiet, clean and overall very charming. We will be back next time in Portugal. During our 16 day tour of Portugal this property and its owners/staff were by far the best place we stayed. Can’t wait to go back.
We have been to this hotel 4 times already and each time in a different "room". We love the fact that there is this indoor court with plants and tables, you can have your breakfast outside. It's quiet, but next to the market and close to the beach
We had such a nice stay at Violas. Lovely couple who run the hotel is extremely helpful and have the best tips to explore the surroundings. Be warned: these people serve the BEST breakfast. So lucky to have found this hidden gem.
The perfect setting, magical and beautiful in every way. we would return there at the drop of a hat - lovely hotel and grounds, wOndeful staff, food, setting and pools - absolutely perfect, thank you !
Nice garden, big set up, spacious. Nice bedlinen, and fresh white interior. Nice style.
Easy to access beaches, and restaurants, beautiful area for relax beach, running and walking
Fantastic hotel with sumptuous rooms and surroundings. Really friendly staff and one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. Bicycle safely stored in the underground garage.
Good location, quiet and close to the beach and city centre. Relay and staff nice staff. Spacious room with a big balcony, and a nice (common) roof top terrace.
