The staff were the highlight, they were excellent. Polite, well informed, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They genuinely appeared to enjoy their jobs. Clearly excellent training regime at this hotel, consistency f approach to clients. Location excel for Belém and all the key sights this side of Lisbon. Easy tram ride to centre of Lisbon. Breakfast excellent.

This was an incredible property! It was at the end of a glorious month in Portugal..and the amenities were superb! While the weather did not allow for swimming at that time, the pool area and surrounding seating and green space was wonderful to enjoy with a glass of wine and snacks! The stables were a joy to visit and learn about the residents there.. While it is across the Tagus from Lisbon proper...it was a stunning night view and we couldn't have been happier.
